Business names, client names, client logos, third-party platform names, trademarks, photographs, and brand assets shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their display is for portfolio, identification, attribution, or descriptive purposes and does not transfer ownership to MVI PBT.
2. MVI PBT project work
MVI PBT may showcase systems, workflows, interface concepts, technical architecture, feature descriptions, and development outcomes that it designed or implemented. Ownership of source code, custom deliverables, reusable components, client data, and project-specific intellectual property is determined by the applicable project agreement and is not changed by this website notice.
3. Screenshots and illustrative visuals
To protect client information and make portfolio pages easier to understand, some showcase visuals may be:
- Sanitized to remove real personal or financial data.
- Recreated or simplified from a production workflow.
- Presented as mockups rather than literal production screenshots.
- Enhanced, composited, or generated with AI-assisted tools for illustrative presentation.
Accordingly, a portfolio image may not exactly reproduce the current production interface, data, or deployment state. Feature descriptions are intended to describe the relevant capability, not expose confidential operational information.
4. Confidential and personal information
MVI PBT does not intentionally publish passwords, private credentials, customer records, employee personal information, payment credentials, secret keys, or confidential client datasets in public portfolio pages. If you believe material has been published that should be removed or corrected, please contact us promptly.
5. Use of client names and logos
Where a client or business name, logo, photograph, testimonial, or identifiable project information is shown, MVI PBT should have an appropriate basis or permission to display it. A disclaimer does not replace any permission that may be required by contract, confidentiality obligation, trademark rights, or other applicable law.

References to third-party products, platforms, providers, or trademarks are descriptive. Unless expressly stated, they do not imply sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement by the third-party owner.
